MetaMask may still label the amount as "ETH" on Arc — that is a wallet display bug. Arc has no ETH; native gas is USDC. Confirm the network says Arc Testnet and the number is 1 (not thousands). In MetaMask → Settings → Networks → Arc Testnet, set Currency symbol to USDC, then delete & re-add if it still shows ETH.
